Comparison of Field and Laboratory Result of Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete Application

Synthetic fibers, which have become one of the main components shotcrete, been studied by many researchers in laboratory environment. Unfortunately, results obtained as a result these researches are not suitable for underground chimneys due to differences ambient conditions and application differences. In this study, it is aimed compare experiment samples prepared kept with mechanical properties shotcrete applied conditions. For purpose, keeping slump cement proportions constant, 35 cubic were using 2 6 kg synthetic fiber 1 m3 laboratory, 30 cylinder plate underground. While experiments carried out on cube samples, EFNARC test freeze-thaw samples. It was observed that set accelerator made significant increase resistance at end 28 days polyester fibers environment very high.
